The Rules and Regulations herewith presented and known as the state plumbing; code were adopted by the state board OF health on April 6, 1914, and published in the official state paper as required by law on April 10, 1914, amended January and amendments published in the official state paper as required by law on February 2, 1916. Under the provisions of section 959 - 55a - 2, chapter 731, Laws of 1913, these Rules and Regula tions have the force of law.
Lack of knowledge of the provisions of this Code will not be accepted as an excuse for noncompliance with its requirements.
