Excerpt from Über das Relativum in der Sprache Cäsars: Grammatisch-Kritische Abhandlung
Bei der Ausarben des Artikels qui für das Lexicon Caesarianum habe ich mir eine Fülle beachtenswerter sprachlicher Erscheinungen angemerkt, die in den Rahmen des Lexi kons gröl'senteils nicht pafsten, aber doch der Mitteilung wert erschienen. Diese habe ich auf den folgenden Seiten zusammengestellt, und zwar in der Weise, dafs ich sie zur Bequemlichkeit fiir die Benutzer im Anschlul's an Drägers historische Syntax, zweite Auflage, geordnet habe. Da ich anfangs nicht unter denselben Gesichtspunkten, die Dräger hat, gesammelt habe, so ware es möglich, dafs mir hie oder da ein Beispiel entgangen ist. Anderseits liefs sich auch nicht all mein Stoff unter den vorliegenden Gesichtspunkten unterbringen; ich habe deshalb einen Nachtrag geben müssen. Eingefiigt sind eine größere Anzahl textkritischer Untersuchungen, die ich möglichst unter den Strich verwiesen habe, damit sie die Übersichtlichkeit nicht stören und ihrerseits leicht iiberblickt werden können. Die Codices sind im Anschlul's an die inhalts reichsten kritischen Ausgaben, namlich die von Frigell und Dübner, ebenso wie im Lexicon Caesarianum von menge-preuß folgendermaßen bezeichnet.
