The ceremonies of laying the stone were impressively and ably performed by the acting Grand Master, in accord ance with the antient usages of the Order.
The pro'cession was reformed, and returned to the Lodge room.
The acting Grand Master, before closing, thanked the Brethren for their assistance in a few appropriate remarks.
The business of 'the Special Communication being ended, the Grand Lodge was closed in farm with solemn prayer.
