Begin the dorsal incision between the metacarpal bones of the toes to be re moved, just below the joint; carry it to the outer side of one of the toes, taking a good sized ap from it, thence through the digito-plantar fold to the outer side of the remaining toe, back to the point of starting. Remove each.
