The firft Thing we find worth Notice Nov. 15, two Bills were brought into t Houfe by the King's Sollicitor; one'concerning Confpiracies, and the other relating to what Ser vice was due to the King, in his Wars, by t who held Lands in Fee, or Annuities, from the Crown.' But tho' it appears, by the 7aurna1,' that the latter of thefe was read three Times by the Lords, pafi'ed, and fent down to the Commons, yet it is probable they were both thrown out there; for we do not find that either of them, by the print ed Books, were paired into Statutes.
