I have done business in Boston with its business men, and with the business men of Cape Cod also, and think I have had an unusual opportunity to speak of the merits of each. I used to have a wholesale confectionery business in Boston and suburban towns, and I had for my customers some of the finest retail stores elegant drug stores, with their plate-glass fronts, their magnificent soda fountains, and some of the best grocery and variety stores - and one would naturally say, What splendid customers you have. But, alas There is so much style in the fixtures and the living of some of the city people that, as a rule, some poor fellow Supplying them with goods has got to be a good long waiter.
