The following. Method of getting out wreaths for hand-railing, while Uni new, is not generally known in this country, which is to be regretted. By this method much time and material are saved, and the wreaths formed with more accuracy than cutting them out by the older methods, as any wreath whatever may be cut out square lrom a plank oi the same thickness as the diameter or a ci1cle described round a section of the mil.
