During the years 1917 and 1918, when the cheese was handled by the Cheese Commission and the Dairy Pro duce Commission, every box exported was to all intents and purposes classi fied into No. 1, 'no. 2 or Off grade, according to the now generally ad'opted' Canadian standards and definitions.
