The transportation charges shall be paid by the town, village, or city receiving the books. There shall, however, be no charges on the part of the company for boxing or packing or materials used therefor, nor for delivery or drayage. Books are to be sent by par cel post, express, or freight as shall be determined by good business principles.
All books furnished shall conform as to title, edition, binding, and in all other respects to those designated in this list, provided the company shall have the right and opportunity to correct any and all unintentional mistakes and errors made in filling orders.
