This book is the most comprehensive commentary on the Apocalypse ever written by Andrew Fuller, who analyzed the writings of famous expositors before him and visited libraries and consulted every commentator he could find. The author deals but little in quotations, refusing nothing from any writer which appeared to him to be just, and generally passing over without attempting to refute what appeared otherwise. The author's aim was to obtain the true meaning of the prophecy and to communicate it in a clear manner to the average reader. Full of spiritual insight and keen analysis, this book highlights the difficulties of a prophecy framed in symbolical language, but it also arms readers with new light to illuminate the meaning of those symbols and deepen their understanding of this complex book of the Bible.
