Cum divina mens tua et numen, Imperator Caesar, imperio potiretur orbis terrarum, invictaque virtute cunctis hostibus stratis, triumpho victoriaque tua ci ves gloriarentur, et entes omnes subactae tuum s e ctarent notum, p0pu usque Romanus et senatus, li e ratus timore, amplissimis tuis cogitationibus consi liisque gubernaretur, non audebam tantis occupatio nibua de architectura scripta et magnis cogitationibua expllicata edere, metuens, ne non apto tempore inter pe ans subirem tui animi ofi'ensionem. 2.
