Synopsis

This book was begun as an introduction to the medical writings of the author, read before scientific bodies and published during the last two decades. The MS. outgrew the original purpose. Though this relation will be seen to be very close, both as to cause and possible cure, this forms but small part of the general importance of the subject. Nevertheless, as this is the point on which false hopes might work harm, the following quotation is taken from the writers book on this subject: (viz, The Problem of Cancer; or the Philosophy of Malignancy ). A pril 10, 1914, THE AMERICAN SOCIETY FOR THE CONTROL OF CANCER held its second meeting at the New York Academy of Medicine. Dr.

Paperback. Condition: New. Print on Demand. This book presents a unique theory of the universe based on the author's research in radio-activity. The author proposes that all matter is formed from the same substance, which is coiled up in space and unwound in time. This theory challenges the traditional view of matter as being composed of atoms and molecules and suggests that the universe is constantly evolving and changing. The author also discusses the relationship between radio-activity and cancer, arguing that the same force that powers the universe can also be used to destroy it. This book is a fascinating and thought-provoking exploration of the nature of reality and the origins of life. Forgotten Books publishes hundreds of thousands of rare and classic books.
