About the Author

Philip C. H�bert is a family physician at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. He currently chairs the Research Ethics Board and acts as a bioethics consultant for the hospital. In addition, he is an Associate Professor of Family Medicine at the University of Toronto.
