About Private Label Books
All of my listed items are being sold out of a private collection. Some of these are books collected in my lifetime but most are books I inherited and have grown up with since childhood. Large book collections can be a blessing and a curse. While they can be a source of delight, fascination, learning and sentiment, they can also be very cumbersome and difficult to maintain. It's time to lighten the load a little and share this collection with the rest of the book loving world.

I have made every effort to describe each listed item as accurately as possible. For the best assurance of your satisfaction, please take the time to read the information provided and understand what you are buying. I am happy to answer any questions about the listed items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me within 10 days of receiving your order so that we can mutually discuss your concerns. The condition of every item listed on the AbeBooks website is guaranteed to be as described. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase (Incorrect Book/Not as Described/Damaged) or if the order hasn't arrived, you are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If you have changed your mind about a book that you have ordered, please use the Ask Bookseller a Question link to contact me (or email me directly at bnickgid@gmail.com) and I will respond with 24 hours, if not sooner.
Shipping terms
Orders will ship within 2 business days (excluding weekends/Postal holidays) of completed/verified purchase. Books will typically be shipped by U.S. mail with tracking info. Posted shipping rates are based on assumed weight of 2.2 lbs/1 Kg. Heavier books will be noted in the description and will require additional fee. If necessary, please use the Ask Bookseller a Question link to contact me (or contact me at bnickgid@gmail.com) to make alternative arrangements for shipping. Special requests for carrier/expedited delivery are possible but will require an additional fee.
International orders typically ship by USPS 1st Class International Package service, with tracking info. This assumes a total package weight of less than 4 lbs. International shipments may require an additional fee. Please use the Ask Bookseller a Question link to contact me (or contact me at bnickgid@gmail.com) if your order will require international shipping in order to confirm the amount of any additonal shipping for your order.
Please be aware that shipping times for Intl orders cannot be predicted because of customs/tariff policies in the destination country. Also be aware that there may be additional charges to receive your shipment because of VAT taxes or other taxes/tariffs imposed by the destination country.
Shipping charges for International returns, regardless of the reason, are always the responsibility of the buyer.
