Vertrag Berlin 1801 zwischen Buchhändler und Schriftsteller Friedrich Nicolai (1733-1811) und Kaufmann Becherer, in Abschrift Interessanter Vertrag (Vergleich) zwischen dem Buchhändler, Schriftsteller und Philosophen Friedrich Nicolai (1733-1801) und dem Kaufmann Becherer, über verschiedene Nutzungs…rechte auf dem "Französischen Hof" in der Brüderstraße, an den die Häuser von Nicolai und Becherer stoßen. So darf Becherer seinen Wagen auf dem Hof be- und entladen, jedoch keinen Müll entladen und auch keine Wagenremise errichten. Friedrich Nicolai darf den Hof durchfahren. Vorliegend in auszugsweiser Abschrift um 1900, d.h. einige Punkte wurden ausgelassen. Titel: "Decretum auf das Verlautbarungs Protokoll vom 6. July 1801. In Sachen des Buchhändlers Herrn Nicolai und des Kaufmanns Becherer." Berlin 1801 3-seitige deutsche Handschrift auf Papier (33 x 21 cm), datiert Berlin, den 4. Juli 1801. Vorliegend in auszugsweiser Abschrift um 1900. --- Zustand: Dokument gefaltet; kräftiges Papier etwas fleckig. Christoph Friedrich Nicolai, auch Nickolai (geb. 18. März 1733 in Berlin; gest. 8. Januar 1811 ebenda), war ein deutscher Schriftsteller, Verlagsbuchhändler, Kritiker, Verfasser satirischer Romane und Reisebeschreibungen, Regionalhistoriker, Hauptvertreter der Berliner Aufklärung, Freund Lessings, Zelters und Mendelssohns und Gegner Kants und Fichtes. --- Das Nicolaihaus ist ein historisches Bürgerhaus in der Brüderstraße 13 im Berliner Ortsteil Mitte des gleichnamigen Bezirks und ein Denkmal von herausragender Bedeutung. Es diente als zentraler Begegnungsort der Berliner Aufklärung und ist eines der wenigen barocken Häuser, die bis heute in Berlin überlebt haben. Namensgeber war Friedrich Nicolai, der das Haus 1787 erwarb und hier bis zu seinem Tod im Jahr 1811 wirkte. (Quelle: wikipedia.).

Wilhelm Abraham Teller (Leipzig 1734-Berlin 1804) was an enlightened Protestant theologian, pastor, professor of theology and General Superintendent at the University of Helmstedt; later Provost of Cologne, with a seat in the Supreme Consistory of Berlin; member of the Berlin Academy of Sciences. He was the author of numerous (controversial) books and one of the chief contributors of Nicolai's 'Algemeine Deutsche Bibliothek'. The German Polish artist Daniel Nicolaus Chodowiecki was the most famous German graphic artist of his time. - Well preserved, sharp impression on thin paper, with small margin.[(5847)].

Highly detailed with color coding according to region. Shows forests, cities, palaces, forts, roads, rivers, and offshore sandbars. All in all, one of the most interesting and attractive atlas maps of Lower Saxony to appear in first years of the 19th century.
