Hofmann, Friedrich (1813 Coburg - 1888 Ilmenau), deutscher Schriftsteller, Journalist und Redakteur. Von 1834 bis 1840 Studium der Literatur und Geschichte in Jena, Mitglied der Burschenschaft Arminia, 1841 Umzug nach Hildburghausen in Thüringern. Dort als Redakteur für Meyers Konversationslexikon verantwortlich, 1858 Umzug nach Leipzig, zwischen 1883 und 1886 Chefredakteur bei der Familienzeitschrift "Die Gartenlaube".

Hennig, Gustav Adolph (1797 Dresden - 1869 Leipzig; Historien-, Genre-, Porträt- u. Miniaturmaler, Radierer u. Lithograph, seit 1840 Lehrer an der Leipziger Akademie. Bildete sich zuerst unter Einfluß von Chr. Leberecht Vogel, seit 1810 auf der Dresdener Akademie unter Schubert u. Matthäi aus. 1814 war er in Großenhain, seit 1816 in Leipzig, 1820 u. 21 in Halle, Schkeuditz, Wehlitz und Umgegend als Porträtmaler beschäftigt).

Der Landschafts- und Architekturmaler Krabbes absolvierte eine vierjährig…e Ausbildung als Zeichner und Lithograph, zuerst 1868-1871 bei C.F.H. Werner (1808-1894) in Leipzig und bei A. Zimmermann (1808-1888) in Wien. Seit 1874 Lehrer für Zeichnen und Aquarellieren an der Technischen Hochschule in Karlsruhe.
