Cloth Bound. Condition: Fair. 1st Edition. 1852 first edition. With all 9 engraved plates present, plus text illustrations. 128-page text fairly good and tight, with age-browning/foxing of a few pages. Small, light damp stain to the blank margin of some end pages. Orignal cloth binding, with gilt arms of Kingston on front, still secure, but with backstrip massing and edge wear. Old nameplate on frtont blank end paper. See attached photos of this copy for details of contents etc. (BM27).

Back cover slightly marked & a tape marks in margins of some plates & text, otherwise very good. No. 17 of a limited edition of 350 copies. Fine condition.
