Black and white photo of a campus building on the title page. Blue paper over boards with a black cloth spine and with the front cover decorated and printed in gilt. Some wear to extremities, covers somewhat rubbed, bookplate to front pastedown, else very good to near fine with no internal markings. No dust jacket. This appears to be a bound volume of what must originally have been a softcover book. In other words, the wrappers of this sewn booklet appear to have been laid down on the present boards. "Feeling then, that song deserves a much higher place in our college life, the Senior Class of '1916' has made possible the publication of this volume. While it is the first attempt at compiling the songs characteristically our own, with those other songs, which seem to be the most popular at Mac, we hope it may be a factor in developing 'The Spirit of Son' in our college." [from the Foreword].
