Februar 1924 in Kralup an der Moldau; ? 9. Dezember 2010 in München ) war ein österreichischer Schauspieler und Synchronsprecher. Alexander Kerst absolvierte ein Schauspielstudium am Max Reinhardt-Seminar in Wien, wo er u. a. von Fred Liewehr ausgebildet wurde. Nach ersten Engagements am Wiener Burgtheater und am Volkstheater (Wien) kam er 1954 über Kassel und Wuppertal an die Münchner Kammerspiele und war dort von 1957 bis 1960 Ensemblemitglied. Es folgten weitere Engagements an Theaterbühnen in Deutschland unter den Regisseuren August Everding, Hans Schweikart, Karl-Heinz Stroux, Peter Beauvais, Hans Lietzau, Fritz Umgelter, in Rollen wie Hector in William Shakespeares Troilus und Cressida, Tempelherr in Gotthold Ephraim Lessings Nathan der Weise, oder die Titelrollen in Goethes Urfaust und Götz von Berlichingen bei den Götzfestspielen Jagsthausen. In Wien gründete er das Kleine Theater im Konzerthaus mit Helmut Qualtinger und Michael Kehlmann. Seit 1952 wirkte er in Filmen mit, unter anderem Morgengrauen, Der Stern von Afrika, Hunde, wollt ihr ewig leben und Mein Schulfreund mit Heinz Rühmann, und arbeitete mit Filmregisseuren wie Robert Siodmak, John Frankenheimer und Frank Wisbar. Gleichzeitig war er in Fernsehspielen und -serien unter den Regisseuren Falk Harnack, Rolf von Sydow, Michael Braun, Helmuth Ashley oder Jürgen Roland zu sehen. Daneben war er beim Hörfunk und in den Synchronstudios im Einsatz. So wurde im November 2019 die Halbfinalbegegnung im Südwest-Pokal zwischen TUS Rüssingen und Alemannia Waldalgesheim abgebrochen nachdem ein Schiedsrichterassistent von einem Rüssinger Spieler zu Boden geschlagen wurde. Bei einem Spiel der Kreisliga C am 28.10.2019 zwischen den Mannschaften des FSV Münster und dem TV Semd wurde ein 22-jähriger Schiedsrichter von einem Spieler der Heimmannschaft bewusstlos geschlagen. Der niedergeschlagene Schiedsrichter musste mit einem Rettungshubschrauber in eine Klinik verbracht werden. Die per Handy aufgenommene Gewaltszene wurde in den Medien gesendet und sorgte für eine öffentliche Diskussion über den Schutz von Schiedsrichtern vor solchen Gewaltakten. In der Saison 2017/2018 kam es zu 2.866 Angriffen auf Schiedsrichter. In der Folgeserie 2018/2019 wurden bundesweit 2.906 Angriffe auf Schiedsrichter registriert. Dabei wurden in der abgelaufenen Saison 2018/2019 jedoch 50.000 Spiele weniger absolviert. Die Statistik bezieht sich auf den bundesweiten Amateurfußball. Hierbei handelt es sind jedoch nur um die registrierten Fälle von körperlichen Angriffen auf Schiedsrichter.Aus meiner eigenen 25jährigen Erfahrung als Fußballschiedsrichter kann ich berichten, dass es bei fast jedem Spiel zu Fällen psychischer Gewalt kommt. Beleidigungen, Beschimpfungen, rassistische Äußerungen durch Spieler; Betreuer, Funktionäre und Zuschauer gegenüber den Spielern, Betreuern und Zuschauern der jeweiligen anderen Mannschaft und des Schiedsrichters gehören zum täglichen Fußballgeschäft dazu. Sprüche gegen den Schiedsrichter wie 'dafür kriegst du doch dein Geld', 'du bist doch gekauft' und 'dann musst du richtig pfeifen' sind noch harmlos. Ich selbst wurde bisher einmal körperlich von einem Zuschauer angegriffen. Der Angriff ereignete sich nach dem Spiel auf dem Weg in die Schiedsrichterkabine.
