Blue card slipcase in reasonable condition with "Glen Davies , 65 mobile field Hospital, Rangoon, 1945" written on front and back, with a few scuffs and small tears and the spine coming away on way side. The book itself with fold out plates with black buckram binding and gilt lettering is in very good/near fine condition as are the plates themselves. The pamphlet is a little aged around edges otherwise very good. An excellent copy with an interesting provenance having been in Burma during World war 2.
