There is an owner's ink name & date on the front endpaper. There is occasional foxing & staining, especially to the prelims & rear blanks, with a very few markings & notations in the text. Very good. The first American edition of each work.This is the "July, August, and September, 1846" volume of "The Law Library" series, No. 55.
