A placid copy of this collection of poems written by Arnot during the African Campaign of the Second World War. It includes a poem in memory of the Hon J P Bowes-Lyon, who was Master of Glamis, nephew of the then Queen, and cousin of the present Queen. He was killed in action. The covers have marks, stains, wear from handling and ownership. They are benign and sure. The contents are contented, retiring, clean, clear, certain, mildly aged. fk.
