Bound 1/2 leather over marbled paper boards. Upper board detached; lower board cracking in the leather over the joint. Gilt tooled leather spine has crazing and cracking to the leather surface. Ideal candidate for simple rebacking (or extraction of the individual works - as it seems is most often practiced). Tipped in behind the title page for Westmoreland county is a rough torn sheet signed "Lord Sheffield".
