Pages a little browned with page 68 onwards much less browned due to different paper stock being used for this section. Light rust marks around the staples but otherwise clean and unmarked. Three inch closed tear down the edge of the front cover and the spine. One inch triangular chip out of the bottom right hand corner of the rear cover and a few other small edge nicks.
