Certains dos et plats sont éclairés par la lumière, quelques coins sont légèrement émoussés, les mors extérieurs sont en partie rayés, les couvertures des tomes 1 et 10 sont légèrement pliées. Environ 230 à 250 pages par volume. Certaines pages de garde portent des noms à l'encre ancienne, certaines pages sont légèrement jaunies, zone de caractères en partie brunie. Sinon globalement propre à l'intérieur.
