Black and white photo of Arthur Tracy The Street Singer on Front. 5 pages, including cover. Second page has a sample of the piano music "River, Stay 'Way From My Door". Back cover has samples of lines from six other songs published by Shapiro Bernstein. In acceptable condition. Outer cover is split along seam and is taped back together from inside with old tape. Pages also have several small nicks and tears and creasing along edges. "KMO Inc" stamped on forehead of Arthur Tracy's photo on front cover and Previous owner's name written in ink on front cover as well. Moderate overall aging, scuffing and soiling to pages as well. NOT Ex-Library. NO remainder marks. A good reading copy.
