Oktober 1874 in Köln) war ein deutscher Maler und Mitglied des Reichstags. Baudri erlernte das Tapeziererhandwerk im väterlichen Betrieb. 1831 begann er eine Ausbildung als Kunstmaler. 1836 studierte er an der Kunstakademie in München, 1842 Ausbildung zum Porträtmaler an der Düsseldorfer Kunstakademie. 1848 ließ er sich in Köln als Porträtmaler nieder. Er war Schriftführer des 1. Deutschen Katholikentages und 1851 bis 1864 Herausgeber des Organs für christliche Kunst. 1854 wurde er in den Vorstand des Diözesanmuseums berufen. Von 1856 bis 1871 war er Stadtrat in Köln. 1871 Präsident des 21. Katholikentages, 1873 bis 1874 Mitglied des Preußischen Abgeordnetenhauses. 1874 wurde er zum Mitglied des Reichstages für den Wahlkreis Regierungsbezirk Aachen 3 (Stadt Aachen) gewählt. Seine neugotischen Glasfenster schmücken zahlreiche Kirchenräume vom Rheinland bis hin nach Budapest. Als Kunstschriftsteller verteidigte Baudri die Neugotik bedingungslos als den wahren christlichen Baustil.
