VG/good+. dj is a tad tatty - with creasing to edges, small associated loss and isolated tarnish points - but has done its job well - the covers are clean and bright without blemish. internally a good clean copy without marginalia. small foxing points to edges of textblock - but not internally. The missed gathering appears to be restricted to index pages, which appear at the front, and, therefore, a minor exclusion. Four pages of the index are included, and there are no other missing pages. A very uncommon book in any edition or condition.
