The illustrated pages have a photo of a building or scene in pompei as it currently appears along with a drawn illustration by Louis Fischetti of what the scene l…ooked like in antiquity. Covers have slight wear but a little dampstaining on the front cover with very slight damp wrinkling to title page. Rear cover has barely noticeable dampstain yet the rear endpaper has some damp wrinkling. Pages, which have tissue guards betwenn them, are clean. No date of publication, my guess c1920.
