Cet important procès sur les marchés de l'Armée d'Espagne, impliqua deux pairs de France et coûta au duc de Bellune son portefeuille ministériel. Louis Touton, banquier, était le mandataire de Victor et Gabriel-Julien Ouvrard dans ces marchés. Quoique faisant manifestement partie d'une plus vaste collection de factums sur le sujet, ce recueil contient des pièces d'une grande rareté.
