Soft Cover. Condition: Poor. No Additional Printings Listed. Wrappers. Tan paper spine and covers with black lettering on the spine and red and black lettering on the front cover. Rear cover is missing; front cover is separated but present. Book is thoroughly rubbed and handled with some chips, wrinkles and closed tears. Plenty of evidence of handling over time on the front cover. Binding is straight but thread is coming loose - first signature is still attached but hangs loose. Pages have all darkened to a cream color, darker around the outside edges, but all seem to still be present. 200 pages. Not in great shape by any stretch of the imagination, but still a unique item, particularly for anyone interested in medical history.
