Der konservative Jurist Karl Wilhelm Biesterfeld aus Hamburg wandte sich mit dieser Schrift gegen die Reform-Vorschläge des von der Patriotischen Gesellschaft beauftragten Ausschusses (darin Chr. Fr. Wurm, H. Baumeister u. G. H. Kirchenpauer), die am 8. Juni 1842 (Umschlag falsch: 1843) dem Senat übergeben worden war. U.a. wurde die Einsetzung einer Deputation angeregt, die dem Senat über Reformenwünsche betreffend Verfassung und Verwaltung berichten sollte.- Schröder I,307,1. Sprache: Deutsch.
