Blek le Rat, the pseudonym of Xavier Prou (b. 1952), was one of the first graffiti artists in Paris and has been described as the father of stencil graffiti. This retrospective was published to mark his 30 year anniversary as an artist. Quarto. Illustrated throughout. Original wooden board (254 x 331 mm) spray-painted in black loosely inserted. Original white boards, titles and illustration to front cover and spine in black. No dust jacket issued. With original packing box. In fine condition.
