This is a volume of their magazine for the whole year Jan -Dec 1907. The Independent Order of Rechabites is a friendly society founded in England in 1835 as part of the British temperance movement to promote total abstinence from alcoholic beverages, and also involved in financial matters, but over a long period it became mostly an ethical financial institution which still exists (also still promotes abstinence).
