In de vierde dagvaardiging wordt vermeld dat er op 17 Januari eventueel bij verstek gevonnist zal worden. Op 28 Januari 1744 nogmaals een proclamatie waarin Bronchorst wordt opgeroepen zijn vonnis te komen aanhoren .Officieel documenten in affiche-vorm , gedrukt op dit formaat om op de geëigende plaatsen aangeplakt te worden, zeldzaam geheel !.
