Das illustrierte Titelbl…att mit hs. Korrekturen: 'Geschichte' statt 'Chronik' und Ergänzungen: '2. Auflage der Chronik', die Angabe der Illustrationen und des Stadtplan gestrichen, ergänzt: 'I. Theil: Geschichte der Stadt Düren [.] 1900'. (Tatsächlich erschien die 2. Auflage 1901). Viele Streichungen, aber auch einige Anmerkungen und Korrekturen für die 2. Auflage. Da es sich um ein Exemplar der EA handelt, enthält es sehr wohl Illustrationen, jedoch fehlt der Plan. 1 Bl. lose, Blätter S. 193f. und 195f. jeweils mit großem Ausschnitt, das Bl. mit S. 197f. fehlt gänzlich.
