The fold out map is still in its original creases. some very light foxing or age staining mainly to the margins of the text pages, otherwise good and clean, no deliberate marks. Cover a bit worn at the edges. The Blissett family had owned Grove Court since 1779, prior to that it had been owned by Lord Berkeley and his descendants before passing to Sir Arthur Ligon and family.
