Introductory catalogue to a Colby College show by this Maine artist, featuring her abstract "mica" paintings and collages. Inscribed by the artist to the prior owner on the title page and also includes an hand-written addition to the introduction "in a last minute RUSH I abandoned my resume and lost my final version." A 20th century female artist that went from impressionism to abstract expressionism, etc. that deserves to be much more widely known. Book is Fine with no markings or flaws other than the aforementioned writings from the artist. With an acknowledgement by H.J.G. III (Hugh Gorley, Director of the Colby College Museum of Art) and a foreword by Dorothy Miller, as well as an Introduction by Mildred Burrage herself. 8 pp. Inscribed by Author(s).
