1612, The Hague, manuscript (Dutch), 2 leaves in a white wrapper inside a blue folder. This manuscript is from the collection of A. Hielkema (Leeuwarden). He provided the manuscript with a description of the content and a full transcription. This manuscript provides legal advice in the case of late Huijbrecht Willemszoon Rodenburch's financial affairs. The description in Dutch by A. Hielkema: Juridisch advies van rechtsgeleerde G.Camerling over de afhandeling van de nalatenschap van Huijbrecht Willemszoon van Rodenburch. In 1603 is notaris Jan du Molijn te Delft aangesteld als curator over de nalatenschap van Huijbrecht Willemszoon Rodenburch. Na verkoop van zijn goederen heeft een intekening plaatsgevonden voor de preferentie van zijn crediteuren, onder wie ook Cornelis Janszoon Dorp, secretaris van Maasland. Nu is enige tijd geleden in het dorp Maasland overleden Aelbrecht van Roodenburch, broeder van voornoemde Huijbrecht, zonder testament of uiterste wil. Notaris Du Molijn heeft als representant van Huijbrecht arrest laten leggen op de goederen van Aelbrecht in het belang van de crediteuren van genoemde Huijbrecht. Cornelis Janszoon Dorp heeft eveneens arrest laten leggen en bovendien werd in de nalatenschap van Aelbrecht enige schuldbrieven van Huijbrecht verborgen gehouden. Camerling concludeert dat de acte van curatele zich niet beperkt tot de nalatenschap van Huijbrecht, maar ook tot het deel dat Huijbrecht toevalt in de boedel van zijn broeder Aelbrecht ten behoeve van Huijbrechts crediteuren. Voorts is het niet nodig om een nieuwe preferentie vast te stellen, zodat Van Dorps arrest op de goederen van Aelbrecht hem geen voordeel zal opleveren. De achtergehouden schuldbrieven komen ter beschikking van de curator Du Molijn, eveneens ten behoeve van Huijbrechts crediteuren. Aldus geadviseert in delft 6 juni 1612.
