Clean dust jacket with price intact (12.50 on upper corner of front inside flap), small clip to lower corner of front inside flap, no chips, one tiny closed edge tear. Enclosed in new archival quality removable mylar cover.

To "John T. C. McKean Esq." written in ink on the presentation page, compliments of "The Corps." McKean was a prominent New Brunswick architect and partner in the firm McKean & Fairweather [1877-81], noted for their Second Empire Style. The Old City Hall, Customs House and City Market (now considered a National Historic Site) are examples of their work. Minor 'thumbing' and a few light pencil ticks at some names, light rubbing to the coth at the site ends, otherwise a c lean, bright near fine copy.
