At the end of the volume, four short notes are published, written by participants to the course and related to the general subject. It is regrettable that not all the lectures and discussions are available for publication in this volume. However, it is hoped that the papers presented here will stimulate further discussions and suggest new topics for future meetings. Esemplare reindorsato conservando gran parte del dorso originale (piccole mancanze toccano parte della stampa), scolorito; piccoli difetti marginali alla copertina, con una mancanza al piede del piatto superiore; per il resto in più che buone condizioni, pulito e appena uniformemente brunito all'interno (come normale). Rara raccolta di ventiquattro componimenti versoliberi, numerati da 1 a 24 e altrimenti privi di titolo. È il secondo titolo delle ĞEdizioni Futuriste di "Poesia"ğ a uscire con il nuovo indirizzo a Piazza Adriana 30, Roma, dove Marinetti si trasferisce a metà del decennio. ĞNel gennaio del 1924, durante la tournée del Nuovo Teatro Futurista, il poeta romagnolo era entrato in contatto con Marinetti, il quale così ricorderà più tardi l'incontro [.]: "Il poeta Alceo Folicaldi mi apparve per la prima volta stupendamente agitato dal fuoco lirico in una serata futurista indimenticabile per la sua violenza pro o contro le nostre idee. [.] Alceo Folicaldi trasformava le libazioni, godute in treno con l'ansia di rivedermi, in gridi alternati con strofe delicatissime di autentica poesia che egli voleva ad ogni costo inoculare nelle mie orecchie assordateğ (Salaris). Dopo un libretto di poesie autopubblicato al principio degli anni venti, in effetti, Folicaldi usciva con le Edizioni di ĞNoiğ dirette da Enrico Prampolini (I piccoli segni di Afrodite, 1925) per approdare con questi ĞArcobaleniğ alle edizioni ammiraglie del movimento futurista. -- Del libro Ğesistono due differenti edizioni: una su carta pesante con copertina di color crema e un'altra su carta leggera con copertina azzurrağ (Salaris): il presente esemplare appartiene a questa seconda tiratura. Raro secondo capitolo di una Ğtetralogiağ (così nelle parole dell'autore stesso) di Ğpoemi futuristiğ aperta da ĞNudità futuristeğ (1933) e chiusa da ĞVetrina dei chilometriğ (1935). ĞIn questi ultimi poemi Folicaldi perveniva a un'astrazione formale e a un'oggettività quasi concreta della parola, con cui superava le sue prime esperienze crepuscolari e versoliberisteğ (Salaris). In apertura, una lettera prefatoria di Marinetti che si dice Ğentusiasta della libertà sensitiva e immaginativa che manifesti. Da questo punto di vista la tua opera è altamente futurista e riuscitağ (la lettera è ripetura identica nel coevo ĞAltalena dei sensiğ e nella ĞVetrina dei chilometriğ dell'anno successivo).
