Multi-crop planter consists of main frame, handle, furrow opener, seed tube, marker, metering mechanism, DC battery (12V), DC motor, DC speed regulator, switch and DC charger. The payback period of developed machine was found as 53.42 hours on an hourly basis and 6 ha on a hectare basis. Based on the forward calculation, probability analysis and average of weekly rainfall for the period from 1988-2017 it was found that 29th SMW, 33rd SMW and 36th SMW sufficient rainfall is available at 38.52%, 34.92% and 31.37 % probability levels useful for pearl millet at flowering and maturity; which help enhance seed yield of major kharif crops of the region. For interculturing operation probability of occurrence of weekly rainfall <10 mm was found< 20% in 29th and 30th SMW week found suitable for pearl millet crop at tillering stage. Similarly, for plant protection measures probability of occurrence of weekly rainfall (<20 mm) was found to be 80 % suitable during 38th SMW for pearl millet to protect from eargot, semi-looper in castor and pink ball warm in cotton. The weekly rainfall analysis and pattern revealed that kharif crops like pearl millet, green gram and castor were found most appropriate for the region.…

In dieser Studie wird eine Methode zur Niederschlagsvorhersage durch die Entwicklung eines ANN-basierten Modells vorgestellt, das die wichtigsten Wettervariablen wie Trockenkugeltemperatur, Feuchtkugeltemperatur, relative Luftfeuchtigkeit, Pfannenverdunstung und Dampfdruck als Eingaben und die Niederschlagsmenge als Zielausgabe verwendet. Im Rahmen der Entwicklung des ANN-Modells wurde der Datensatz von 11956 Daten im Untersuchungsgebiet in zwei Teile aufgeteilt, wobei 70 % des gesamten Datensatzes als Trainingsdaten und die restlichen 30 % als Test- und Validierungsdaten verwendet wurden. Das vorgeschlagene Modell war in der Lage, Werte mit geeigneten Ergebnissen vorherzusagen. Zur Bewertung der Ergebnisse und der Fähigkeit der entwickelten Prognosemodelle wurden geeignete statistische Indizes wie das Bestimmtheitsmaß (R2), der mittlere quadratische Fehler (RMSE), der mittlere quadratische Fehler (MSE), die Nash-Sutcliffe-Effizienz (EF), die Akaike-Informationskriterien (AIC) und die Bayes'schen Informationskriterien (BIC) verwendet. Die Ergebnisse dieser Analyse zeigten, dass das ANN-Modell 5-5-3-1 auf der Grundlage der statistischen Indizes zufriedenstellende Ergebnisse liefert.…
