Book is very clean, square, and solid, no marks except for the inscription. First 46 page chapter is on Philip Trammell Shutze of Atlanta Georgia by Henry Hope Reed. Many additional chapters on classical architecture, painting, and sculpture in the United States with special emphasis on the great decades from 1890 to 1940. Mr. Shutze was a major influence on the architectural community in the first half of the 20th century.
