Published to mark the centenary of the opening of the Quay on Ray Island in the Suffolk/ Essex area by the Great Eastern Railway Company. It was an important ferry port for routes to Holland and Belgium and also operated a weekly service to Esbjerg by the United Steamship Co. In the 1960's it was also the site for the first short sea container port. Very nice copy.
