La petite balle jaune, devient pour l'occasion blanche, est l'élément principal de la composition. Bords très légèrement effrangés et infimes plis. Cassandre (Karkow-Russie 1901-Paris 1968), élève de l'Académie Julian, "se consacre à l'art publicitaire à partir de 1922. Il a donné à l'affiche un style nouveau, empruntant certains éléments graphiques à l'art majeur, réduisant le cubisme au décoratif. Il poursuivit d'intéressantes recherches typographiques".
