Il Tiraboschi, così come descrive altre opere di quel tempo, ne traccia un quadro parzialmente negativo, sostenendo: ". altro non vi si legge che voti e pomposi elogi che invece d'istruire annoiano i leggitori". Nice wide-margined copy despite some intermittent browning and a wormtrace in balnck lower margin in leaves 175-215. Solid binding of the beginning XVIII Cent. full calf, some scratches on both covers, decorated back and edges. First uncommon edition.
