Measuring approximately 18" x 14.25" with approximately 73 etchings. This book is in poor condition. Heavy chipping to spine and both boards. Front board detached. Folio. 40.5 x 30cm 43 etched plates on India Paper including 4 plates with 2 images the remaining images full page, thus 47 images on 43 plates. From the Library of Jerrold Northrop Moore, last 30 odd plates with waterstain to leading corner intruding onto some images, some foxing, contemporary bound in half calf with marbled boards with gilt lettered label to upper board, some scuffing, gilt ruling and gilt lettering to spine. Plates include view of Chester and Chester Cathedral; Conway and Carnarvon Castle, Fountains Hall, Foundations Abbey, Riveaux, Kirkstall Abbey, Ryland, Abbey, Bolton Abbey, Wensley Mill, etc. US$516.
