Seit 1831 bis zum Jahre 1833 erschien lieferungsweise ebenfalls bei Hölscher die Loseblatt-Folge "Das Moseltal von Trier bis Coblenz. In malerischen Ansichten, nach der Natur gezeichnet von C. Bodmer, in acqua tinta geätzt von R. Bodmer". 1836 erschien eine "erläuterende Zugabe" von L.K.E. Seidler. 1841 dann, um zwei Koblenzer Veduten von Martens nach Siegmund bereichert, eine finale Ausgabe mit dem neuen, ausgezeichneten Text von Otto von Czarnowsky. Diese erschien nach Engelmann in zwei Varianten: ohne Tafeln (wie hier) oder mit Frontispiz, 32 Ansichten und Karte. Hier vorliegende die preiswerte Ausgabe, trotz Spuren derselben wie bei Engelmann ohne Faltkarte. Eines der bedeutendsten Moselbücher.

Der Einband etwas stockfleckig, das Titelblatt stärker gebräunt, etwas angeknickt und fachmännisch zum rechten Außenrand hin restauriert, Seiten teils etas angeknickt, Papier teils gebräunt.
