Condition: Fair. 244 pages. No dust jacket. Red cloth. Contains black and white illustrations. Moderate tanning, with light foxing and marking to pages. Heavy tanning and foxing to text block edges. Cracks to guttering throughout, with exposed netting. Light tanning and foxing to pastedowns and endpapers, with pencil inscriptions to front. Boards have moderate shelf wear, with rubbing and marking. Heavy bumping to corners and crushing to spine ends, causing cloth to fray. Book has noticeable forward lean.

Hardcover. Condition: Good. Undated (circa 1950s). xii, 244pp, numerous black and white photographic plates. Red cloth-covered boards, black titles on spine. 8vo. Lightly rubbed spine ends, cloth wearing; front board mottling, light wearing to boards. Top text block edge dusty, all edges to tanned and foxed. Gutters strained, volume quite loose. Tanning and foxing on prelims, occasional light foxing and tanning throughout. Otherwise, internally neat and clean.
