The leather shows cracking and crazing, probably from proximity to fire, but it is a presentable, good copy, and is internally fine. A late production of Phiz, after he had suffered the loss of the use of the thumb on his drawing hand, and generally considered one of his least accomplished works, but notable for its scarcity.
